Hand Circus's epic, adorable adventure Seabeard has been soft-launched in Canada Hand Circus and Backflip Studios have soft-launched Seabeard in the Canadian App Store. Seabeard? Yes, Seabeard. It's a big seafaring adventure with a bit of an Animal Crossing vibe coating it with a pleasant cartoon glean.  PG editor Mark had a good rummage around inside Seabeard back in April, and he hasn't stopped smiling since. "It's huge, so any description of what you actually do he...

Still Games on Open World Action Adventure, Animal Gods

Added: 18.10.2014 13:12 | 4 views | 0 comments

Ahmad Khan writes: "Animal Gods is a beautiful looking action adventure game from the developers at Still Games. In the game players must explore an ancient open world environment that's been full of cursed creates. In addition to fighting these terrible creatures, you must also set them free in order to bring the world back to the way it once was. In addition to an interesting story with a moral, Anmal Gods also features some unique artwork that really stands out. To get formation I recently had an opportunity to ask the team at Still Games some questions about Animal Gods and its Kickstarter."

Castaway Paradise - Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Castaway Paradise is a new game for the iPad and iPhone that's been compared to the Nintendo GameCube classic Animal Crossing, along with its many ancestors. There isn't much of a final goal in this game - this is an open sandbox type of game, and all that you have to do is live among a bunch of slightly odd looking anthopomorphic characters, completing tasks that they give you, and building your island the exact way that you see fit.

Disney Magical World Review | GodisaGeek

Added: 16.10.2014 17:12 | 14 views | 0 comments

Robin Parker: "The activities on offer can get a bit repetitive eventually, but this is a life simulator and life is, by nature, repetitive. There are a good number of different tasks to take part in, and the sticker unlocking system means that there is always something to work towards and new areas to access. Whereas the simulation may lack depth (you wont be able to adjust your prices or design your own buildings), the simplicity is relaxing and allows you to play the title your own way. You can dip in and out for daily short fixes of gameplay to check-in on your affairs, or you can hang around and work through your various tasks, collecting as many stickers, cards and photos as possible. Disney Magical World may not be revolutionary, but it feels like an evolution of the Animal Crossing model."

Castaway Paradise People have been clamoring for Nintendo games on mobile devices for years now, and seeing as the Big N hasn't obliged, it's no surprise to see others taking it into their own hands. Hence Castaway Paradise, a game that's Animal Crossing without actually being Animal Crossing.
