Gamespot:
"You'd think August would be a slow month for video games as we march inexorably towards the busy fall season. But in 2015, this was not the case. There was more than enough to tide us over until the highly-anticipated launch of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on the first day of September. Whether it was action you were looking for, something a little more mellow and retrospective, or an adventure packed with jump scares and gore, the end of summer had something for nearly everyone."

| Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Review (GameWatcher)

Back in March Final Fantasy Type-0 HD was released on consoles. It did quite well, mostly down to the fact that it came bundled with a sizeable demo of the still-far-away Final Fantasy XV. Now at the end of August 2015 Square Enix has blessed PC owners with a port of the game, which may I remind you originally came out on PSP in Japan in October 2011. It does not include the Final Fantasy XV demo, so has to stand entirely on its own merits. Oh dear.

| One Year Later: Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney

NWR:
Presenting a new feature we hope you don't have any objections to.
They said it would never happen, and then they said it would never release outside of Japan. When Level 5 and Capcom announced they were teaming up for Professor Layton x Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney, the immediate speculation was it wasnt going to come west following the disappointing sales of Ace Attorney Investigations and its sequel not even being localized. Also, there is the complication of having Nintendo as the publisher of the western Professor Layton games. Thankfully, the deals were signed and the game released in North America on August 29, 2014.
