Fighting game fans will be keen for this week#146;s release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, featuring a cast of characters from the DC universe.
NetherRealm Studios' fighting game hits Aussie shelves this week. The game will put players into a world where the distinction between good and evil is blurred, according to publisher Warner Bros. Players can choose from a pantheon of characters in the DC universe, including Superman, Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, and more.
For diehard fans, an will be available at retailers EB Games and JB Hi Fi for the 360, PS3, and Wii U versions of the game.
The collector#146;s edition will include a collector's box, steel book packaging, an Injustice Comic Book, a 23cm exclusive DC Collectibles statue featuring Batman and Wonder Woman, and three in-game DLC character skins for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.
In addition to the collector#146;s edition, fans can also pick up a of the game.
Fantasy tactical role-playing game will also go on sale this week. The game serves as the series#146; first entry to the 3DS console. It focuses on the story of Lord Chrom and his companions as they deal with the state of war in the game's narrative.
Features in the game include the ability to have nearby allies tag-team attack enemies on the battlefield, new classes like the Grandmaster and Griffon Knight, and the option to play the game in casual mode, where permanent death is removed. The game will also feature paid downloadable content, including maps, new episodes, and units from previous games in the series.
Fire Emblem: Awakening sold more than 180,000 units in North America during its in February this year.
