Its a fun game in its own right, but it doesn't do much new and interesting. In The New Order MachineGames made serious effort to make B.J. Blaskowicz into more than a Nazi-killing machine, it made him and its cast of characters into human beings, instead of generic caricatures. It was a game that was so much more than just killing Nazis. The Old Blood has much less focus on story, it is mostly a game about killing Nazis."

Despite sales falling 64 percent week-on-week, Slightly Mad's racer managed to fend-off new release Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which enters the charts at No.2. Bethesda's shooter proved far more popular on PS4 than Xbox One, however, selling over twice as many units on Sony's console. 67 percent of boxed copies of The Old Blood were sold on PS4, compared with just 27 percent on Xbox One. GTA 5, meanwhile, falls one place to No.3 following a 25 percent drop in sales, but Rockstar will still be celebrating as it passes a total of 5 million units sold in the UK.
