Marcus Estrada writes : "Those obsessed with strategic war games may be a part of the crowd which remembers PC titles Chain of Command and Call of Combat. Back in 2002, Call of Combat was created by then student Florian Käding. Although it was never meant to be a marketable, consumer game it ended up luring in a community of devoted fans. Years later, Käding co-founded development studio KAVA, who are now hoping to raise funds for a remake of Call of Combat via Kickstarter. Here's hoping their established fans, as well as newcomers, discover the project."

When The Order: 1886 developer Ready at Dawn released God of War: Chain of Olympus on PSP, many thought the console's graphical capability had been maxed. Two years later, Ghost of Sparta, demonstrated that such belief was quite the mistake, as the new game looked way better than its predecessor. Andrea Pessino is confident that the same leap would happen with a possible sequel of The order: 1886.

Evolve Starts Life At No1 - UK Charts

Chart Track: Xbox One just edges the format share by a mere 1% with fewer than 400 sales between the two Gen 8 versions, while PC accounts for just 3% of boxed units. For Take 2 its their first chart topping title thats not part of the Grand Theft Auto franchise since Bioshock Infinite back in March 2013. With the release of new Nintendo 3DS 3DS XL consoles giving a 57% boost to hardware this week, its no surprise that two new 3DS titles debut in the Top 5. The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask 3D lands at No2 and is the biggest selling single format title of the week. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (+14%) is forced down to third place despite promotions driving strong sales. The second monster hunting title in the chart this week is the aptly named Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which makes its mark at No4. Chaos Ride: Review | Gamegrin

GG: Racing games made up quite a large portion of my childhood. From titles such as Sonic Heroes and myriads of Nascar Racings yearly incarnations, some of my best memories can be traced back to burning rubber with my dearest partner in crime, my sister. Hell, my parents even bought me a racing wheel and pedals (my feet couldnt even reach the floor of my room back then, so you can imagine how effective they were) to add to the realism. You can only imagine, then, the nostalgic rush that overcame me as I booted up Chaos Ride for the first time. Did it deliver?

#IDARB Review: Chaos Order Review | Digital Chumps

DC: A chaotic, social-driven eSports game, but BYOF (bring your own friends) #IDARB made me feel old. The breakout ID @ Xbox title from developer Other Ocean Interactive is equal parts eSports, soccer and a little bit of Super Smash Bros. thrown in for good measure. Watch a match over on Twitch and youll see what I meantheres an incredible amount of things happening on-screen. But if you manage to keep an eye on your 16-bit player, youll find a game thats easy to approach but surprisingly technical. That assumes you can keep up with #IDARBs pace. Each match seems to move faster than while the game allows for two teams of four players each, I found it nearly impossible to make any kind of coordinated plays with so much happening around me.
