Rhianna Pratchett, writer of Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider, will replace Gail Simone as the main writer for Dark Horse's Tomb Raider comic beginning next February. Pratchett has co-written the comic with Simone since issue #7, but beginning with issue #13 she'll be writing it solo. The Tomb Raider comic leads up to the beginning events of Rise of the Tomb Raider, which is due out near the end of next year.

VRFocus - Indie developer Nick 'Red of Paw' Pittom has his hands full with two upcoming projects at the moment. The first is his RedOfPaw's Big Crazy Stupid VR Adventure and American Pie experience based off of a trip to the Oculus Connect developer conference earlier in 2014. The other is Crystal Rift, a first-person virtual reality (VR) dungeon crawling experience currently pushing to raise funds through a Kickstarter campaign.
