But Square Enix's new game won't be appearing at this year's E3.
Square Enix has said that Nosgoth, which , is a multiplayer-focused game currently in active development--but that gamers shouldn't expect to be seeing it anytime soon.
"We're aware that the community has been actively discussing rumours about a game currently in development called Nosgoth," , "after it was referenced in AMD's Crossfire Application Profile and the Steam database last week."
"While we can confirm that this game exists, is in active development, and is set in the same universe as the Legacy of Kain games, it's not a traditional or even single-player LoK experience."
"Given the AMD and Steam leaks, it feels weird to have a bunch of info out there and we don't want the community to get the wrong idea, especially as the game won't be at this year's E3."
Square Enix confirmed that Nosgoth is not being developed by long-time series developer Crystal Dynamics, who most recently worked on this year's Tomb Raider reboot. Nosgoth is also a "separate branch" to the Blood Omen and Soul Reaver franchises.
"We can also tell you that Nosgoth is not being developed by Crystal Dynamics, nor are they working on a Legacy of Kain game right now and while our game is set in the world of Nosgoth, it's very much on a separate branch to both the Soul Reaver and Blood Omen series."
"Sorry to be so cagey," continued the Square Enix representative. "There will be an official announcement in due course when we'll reveal Nosgoth properly, so we can't go into tons of detail just at the moment. Everyone at Square Enix is really excited by the game and we're all looking forward to lifting the veil of secrecy in the future."
Last year it was rumoured that Crystal Dynamics was looking to .

Tomb Raider dev Crystal Dynamics not involved with development.
"We don't want people to get the wrong idea about Nosgoth following the AMD and Steam leaks ahead of its future official announcement. Nosgoth is not being developed by Crystal Dynamics," Square Enix said. "Crystal Dynamics are not working on a Legacy of Kain game".
Nosgoth might not be what people expect from a Legacy of Kain title either, with Square Enix stating the game is on a "different branch to the Blood Omen and Soul Reaver series."
And don't hold your breath for fo at E3; the publisher says the game won't be announced there.

Crystal Dynamics not involved with project - more details post-E3.
If I were to tattoo a game's name on myself, that game might be The Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, a wondrously flawed gothic action-adventure from 1999. Fans have been badgering Square Enix for a new Legacy of Kain title for yonks, and according to the publisher's community manager George Kelion (via a VG247 report) there's actually one on the boil. It's called Nosgoth. Let the drums sound and the trumpets blow.

| Remember Me Review - IBTimes
Added: 03.06.2013 1:17 | 5 views | 0 comments
Remember Me kicked up a stink back in March when director Jean-Max Moris told Penny Arcade how some publishers had flat out refused the game because the protagonist was female. Women characters have long been marginalised by videogames, as highlighted recently in Anita Sarkeesian's YouTube series Women vs Tropes in Gaming and Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider reboot. For that reason alone, Remember Me is a good game; it's good that it's out there; it's good that it, eventually, got published.
But apart from that, there isn't a lot here to shout about.

VGS: 'Final Fantasy XIII-2 was released in 2012 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. In Europe, no less than 4 special editions were made available as alternatives to the regular game, the most expensieve being the Crystal Edition. Then there's the Nordic Edition, which, as the name suggest was only available in the Nordic countries, and a steelbook that some stores offered as a pre-order bonus. Lastly, there is the more common Limited Collector's Edition, which is the one shown here.'
