Crunching. If you know Video games, or worked on video games then you know what this is about. The end process of development where the team has to do lots of overtime and late nights in order for the game to hit the deadline and to be released. Its a well established fact that most companies do this, and Crytek (the developer of Ryse tweeted about it on their Ryse twitter page)
