MrGhosty from 2P: The first thing that impressed me from one closed beta section to the next is how the game has improved graphically. I wouldn't classify these graphics as cutting edge or anything like that but hi fidelity graphics have never been a big seller for me. While I love beautiful games, they don't need to look "real" in order for me to enjoy them. What I look for in game graphics is that they fit the world they're creating. Defiance has definitely sold me in this area.

Worth Playing: "With Defiance's launch imminent, we hopped into the last beta weekend to see how the game has been shaping up. The game and television show are based in a post-war Earth in the near future, where man is no longer the dominant species on the planet. Events of the game and the show are supposed to intertwine, but to what extent remains to be determined. Our focus was to examine the stand-alone game and to take a deeper dive into some of its mechanics."

DHGF: So this past weekend, PS Plus members and lucky people with beta codes got an early look at Defiance, a new MMO Shooter due out on April 2 on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. As someone whos been playing MMOs for awhile and doesnt really know when to say Im playing too many MMOs I of course downloaded it to give it a try a decided to jot down a few thoughts on my beta experience. These may not be reflective of the final version of the game, but it definitely reflects this past weekend.
