PopBucket: The modernisations that have taken place are just part and parcel of the how games have changed since the original came out in 1998. Played one after the another the jump would be jarring but that doesn't make this reboot poor, it's just a little different. But at the end of the day people just want to know if this game is worth your time and money. It is. Dishonored may be more unique with its wider range of powers but Thief sticks to what it does well and executes it with style and grace.
