Disney Infinity 3.0 is the 3rd game in the toys-to-life genre to come out in as many years. While 2.0's The Avengers play set that was included in the starter set was a disappointment, there was hope that with 3.0's addition of Star Wars would not repeat the mistakes of 2.0. Is the Force strong with this game or has it turned to the Dark Side? Check out our review and find out how you can win our Disney Infinity 3.0 prize pack.

Jamie Briggs, Analog Addiction. "In terms of improvement, Disney Infinity 3.0 is a step in the right direction. The latest entry in the franchise embraces its Star Wars theme with great care, offering iconic locales and the best combat the series has seen thus far.
Though the figures included in the Starter Pack offer a great deal of variety, its hard to avoid the elephant in the room, which is the lack of overall content included within the base package. Creation Mode now offers easy ways to have fun, without worrying about the in-depth creation tools; but its a shame Disney Infinity still struggles to explain these features clearly."

Metro:
So far Disney Infinitys toys-to-life games havent impressed but does adding Star Wars to the mix finally make for a good game?
The strangest thing about all these toys-to-life franchises is that most of them are actually pretty good. The Skylanders titles are all very well made family-friendly games, Lego Dimensions is presumably at least as good as most Lego movie titles, and Nintendos amiibos offer an increasingly wide range of fun features. The one thats been letting the side down is Disney Infinity, which up until now has been exactly the sort of cynical cash grab youd assume they all were. But now its really good too.

NWR:
There is only one game that kept me busy over the weekend and that is Disney Infinity 3.0. The latest entry in the franchise brings a variety of Play Sets, figurines and actions to the Wii U. I tried out every set for a bit and tried the various Toy Box options that make up this entry. I mostly enjoyed what I played, though there are some very concerning elements in this title.

GA:
I wasn't a fan of the previous Disney Infinity entries. At least not the gameplay portion. I own almost every Marvel figure from the 2.0 series simply because I enjoyed collecting them. The games themselves were clunky and extremely limited, especially considering how many characters were available for each. For the most part, the toy box was the center focus in the previous games because it allowed the player to use their imagination in creating new worlds and playing with any of the characters in the series.

OPM:
"Are you a Disney die-hard? Do you happen to be a Final Fantasy fanatic? If the Venn diagram of your cultural tastes happens to overlap then there's a good chance Kingdom Hearts 3 is on your radar. After its triumphant showing at E3 this year, we at least know its basic foundation is close to complete. In a previous issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, the team sat down with game director Tetsuya Nomura to discuss everything from choosing which Disney films to include (although these ones definitely shouldn't) to the current progress of development."
