Callum Davis writes "Does anyone remember that huge sexism thing that happened a while ago with Dragons Crown? I was just sitting, minding my own business, the other day when the thought hit me like a ton of bricks swung by your mum. We, as gamers, have not had an earth shattering newsworthy bad thing happen for a while."

| Seven Dragon Saga Marks The Return of SSI via Kickstarter

Marcus Estrada writes: "Do you remember when Double Fine hit Kickstarter a few years ago and ushered in a great deal of notable developers to the service? It appears we're in the second wave of established creator crowdfunding with recent campaigns such as ToeJam and Earl: Back in the Groove and Descent: Underground. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Today behemoth PC game developer Strategic Simulations, Inc. (SSI for short) are back. They've got a new name - Tactical Simulations Interactive - but their skill remains unchanged. SSI was best known for its RPGs such as the Advanced Dungeons Dragons video game series, among many other RPGs and strategy titles."

| Celebrating 20 years of the amazing world of Panzer Dragoon

Segabits:
Although few gamers nowadays have heard of it, the original Panzer Dragoon trilogy has an almost legendary status among Sega fans, particularly among those that owned a Sega Saturn. What was it, though, that made the Panzer Dragoon games so special? There were many things that the Panzer Dragoon games did right at the time. The games 3D graphics were amongst the best seen on the system at the time, and the first two games raised the bar for the on-rail shooter genre. Similarly, Panzer Dragoon Sagas story, voice acting and battle system were ahead of their time.
However, what really defined the games was perhaps not the gameplay, the story, the characters or even still the unique artwork. What really stood out was the world that Team Andromeda created for their games. Panzer Dragoon introduced us to a desolate world where much of the events that happened in the past were shrouded in mystery

| Legend of Grimrock 2 Review | Front Towards Gamer

Brendan Hesse of FTG: The hallmark of a great dungeon crawler is how well it can approximate the feeling of a single-player Dungeons Dragons experience.
Now, to be fair, a truly great DD campaign is dependent on your fellow players and the skill of the Dungeon Master. A game session can be made or broken by the social aspect of role playing, and no single player game can ever approximate this. However, what a dungeon crawler RPG can provide is well-designed dungeons, interesting scenarios and worlds, and deep character building opportunities. This is exactly what Almost Human Studios Legend of Grimrock 2 delivers.
