Reviewer Leo Stevenson writes "Like getting together with friends and endlessly quoting The Simpsons, remembering the first time you played Super Mario Bros or the first time you ever saw Star Wars, DuckTales on NES is a virtual goldmine of nostalgia."

Shannon at Press Start Australia writes: "DuckTales remastered is a huge shot of Nostalgia in the arm. The game retains so many of its great 8bit ways whilst adding a few new tricks in order to appeal to the masses. The game is still as addictive and challenging as ever. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves platforming or just loves the Disney charm in general. The length may bother some but the will to better your score and unlock every collectible will keep you going through 3 or 4 playthroughs. Playing this made me want to run back and play through my NES collection!"

James from Vooks writes "DuckTales: Remastered is one of the most respectful remasters that Ive played in recent years. The vibe and the feel of the original game are still here, but the game has been modified and tweaked ever so slightly to bring it into the modern day with few growing pains."
