GI:
Crossovers can be a good way to create something new or breathe fresh life into a series. This isnt an exact science, but when crossovers work, it results in a product that is better than the sum of its parts.
Melding the Mystery Dungeon and Etrian Odyssey series together for Etrian Mystery Dungeon is a shining example of a successful crossover. By combining the RPG elements and aesthetics of Etrian Odyssey with the roguelike dungeon crawling of Mystery Dungeon, players get a game that is addictive and satisfying.

| War For The Overworld: Review | Should You Play This Game?
Added: 11.04.2015 5:17 | 5 views | 0 comments
An objective look at War For The Overworld along with some personal thoughts. "In its current state, it is hard to recommend buying the game. It was simply released way too soon, as there are placeholder assets, noticeable bugs, frequent crashes, poor optimization, and most of the game modes even say they are still being worked on. There is no problem with a game being in an incomplete state, unless it is officially released and treated like a complete game. Dungeon Keeper 2, which this game is based on and was released 16 years ago, came out in a time where constant patches were unheard of, and so it was released in a complete state. The only thing that is actually better about War For The Overworld is that it has a somewhat functional multiplayer system, otherwise, it is highly recommended you play or buy Dungeon Keeper 2 for the first time for the time being."

The Dungeon Lord is back and this time hes serious! In Dungeons 2, fulfil the Dungeon Lords insatiable quest for vengeance by recruiting fearsome new monsters from all corners of the underworld in order to undertake his evil bidding. Taking over the underworld isnt enough though this time The Dungeon Lord will extend his dominion over the puny humans and attempt to conquer the overworld too!
Dungeons 2 offers unique gameplay while in the underworld its a classic Dungeon Manager simulation, in the outside world, youll have tactical real-time strategy. Take control of the mighty Dungeon Lord and craft a network of unique and terrifying dungeons, recruit an army of fearsome creatures and command two new factions: the combative Horde and a second, yet to be revealed malicious faction. Prepare to defend your kingdom against those pesky heroes, go above ground to wage war on their human cities and use the Hand of Terror to take direct control over your minions, issue commands, and even dish out a swift slap to keep them in line.
The extensive campaign story mode of Dungeons 2 is packed with even more of the dark humour which made the original Dungeons a hit and is peppered with numerous references to various fantasy books, movies and TV shows. Additionally, you can test your strength in four different game modes in multiplayer for up to four players with other Dungeon Lords over LAN or online.
Dungeons 2 will be available worldwide via Steam for Windows PC, Mac and SteamOS on the 24th of April - with a boxed retail version for PC released in Europe on the same day. The PC retail version will be available in North America on the 28th of April.

Darkest Dungeon is well on its way to becoming a great game. It certainly isn't appropriate fore everyone though; it's brutally violent and possibly disturbing. The game achieves a sense of dread and despair through the visuals and the gameplay.

From GameWatcher.com: "Syndicate, Dungeon Keeper and now Asteroids. What do they all have in common? Well they are all revered games of yore that have since had their name plastered on whichever genre or business model their rights holders deem flavour of the month, regardless of whether it makes any sense to do so."
