Until Dawn: New Trailer Lets You Take Control

Im sure youve heard by now, but the choices you make in Until Dawn carry extreme and sometimes deadly consequences. You, the player, take on the role of eight teenagers and make snap decisions that will determine who survives.
As fans of the survival horror genre, we worked with MoFilm on a short series of live action films to illustrate the gravity of the decisions youll be forced to make in the game. In each of these films, equal attention was focused on the exact moment the characters are faced with a tough decision, as is on the potential outcomes they must weigh. For better or worse, every action has a different consequence. The two films will explore scenarios inspired by Until Dawn.

Chalgyr's Game Room writes:
Good old fantasy games are in a way making their way back into the limelight over the past few years. Male Warriors, Female Archers, and Male Wizards make up this almost holy trinity that has always seemed to just work. Taking this fantasy formula, XINESS has created an interesting fantasy world and set these classes into a Side-Scrolling Action Adventure that if nothing else, made me think of a much more serious toned Dragon's Crown.

| Clash of Kings hits 65M downloads after a year

GB:
Elex announced today that its Clash of Kings mobile game has hit 65 million downloads after a year on the market. Clash of Kings seems like a derivative title. Its name evokes Supercells Clash of Clans, the No. 1 top-grossing mobile game. And its gameplay isnt all that different from Game of War: Fire Age. But its graphics are better, and the title seems to have a lot of growth in spite of those copycat appearances.

Ashley Weston from Gamerscore Whores writes "We have wondered why it has taken such a long time for a Mad Max game to find its way to consoles, fortunately due to the reboot of the series thanks to the film, Mad Max will finally find it's way out consoles later this year. We get our hands on this apocalyptic pseudo-sandbox game, does the game stink of a movie cash-in, or have Avalanche done this game real justice? Find out in our hands on preview."

| A Horror Fans Guide To Horror Games
Added: 14.08.2015 17:18 | 16 views | 0 comments
Amber Colyer writes: "After my article on what constitutes true horror, the fact that Im a bit of a horror nerd has been exposed. My shelves are lined with horror games, both obscure and mainstream, and my coworkers are pretty tired of my rants when they mention games they think are scary. My apologies to them and to you, my lovelies, but horror is just my jam. Games that many gamers find terrifying dont get to me. For example, Amnesia, Outlast, and Five Nights at Freddy's are certainly good games, and Ive had fun with them, but they just dont scare me. My consoles and PC live in a state of perpetual Halloween, so it was inevitable that the question came up: 'OK, you know-it-all wanker, whats the scariest games that youve ever played?'"
