Ahh, the age old question. Controllers have gone through substantial revisions since home consoles were introduced into the market and it makes sense, things tend to just change over time. A stick on a square with a button attached to rectangle to a few buttons and a d-pad simply werent good enough for the future. Theres still some debate on which controller is best, but it all boils down to personal preference.
