EB: Tower of Guns kind of feels like a throwback to the arcade days when high scores mattered, speed mattered, and people werent really worried with the story of the game or the characters. I died at every turn and the weapons just weren't good enough to me. After I took some time away from Tower of Guns and went back, I realized just how fun it is. The thing was that the two weapons you start with just arent all that good, especially the base models that I loathed with a passion. Then, I unlocked the sub machine gun and my life was complete. Tower of Guns hasn't been taken off of my PS4's suspend feature since and theres good reason why; the levels are randomly generated and nothing will be the same twice."

XLC Gaming Network writes:- Released on PC back in March last year Tower of Guns (ToG) snuck under my radar. Thankfully though, ToG has been released on the Xbox One, popping onto my radar of interestingly different games to try. This game is a cross over between your old school FPS and the Bullet-Hell genre. Add to the mix randomized levels, a difficulty that will make your eyes bleed, as well as random mod drops and we have old school gaming by the bucket loads.
