NetherRealm may have drawn inspiration from Mortal Kombat, but Injustice stands firmly on its own superhuman feet, and its definitely a fighting game experience worth having.

Hello gamers and how is it going. I know the Blank Your Game crew has been away for a little while but its been for a good reason. Mike on the team had his second baby so we took some time off because he host the show from his house. So the BYG crew has been playing some games except for Mike who has been busy. Ryan starts us off with him finishing BioShock Infinite (which we talk a lot about), and he is still in love with the game. Then Ryan talks about Lugi mansion for the 3DS and jumps to Injustice Gods among us. Where he finishes with Defiance a other game he is having a really good time with. Over the break Vince was able to finish up some games as well. Vince leads us with him finishing Assassins Creed 3, and how he was let down with the ending of the story. He also goes back and visits some more Battlefield 3 multiplayer, then leads into iOS. On the iOS side he is hating Candy Crush but a game that he found that is working for him is Dungeon Hunter 4. Injustice provides a very fun and interesting DC universe adventure, and provides an excellent fighting game for those who just want to watch super heroes beat each other up in incredibly entertaining ways. At the same time, the story is compelling enough and the content extensive enough to justify the $60 price tag.

A good, solid game with great characters, breathtaking backgrounds, a great story (they even explain how Green Arrow can go toe-to-toe with Superman), numerous fight options, clever mini-games, and DLC on the way.

Game Over Online: "Injustice is a very good game with some problems caused by the default 360 d-pad, that shouldnt be an issue with the PS3 version. The gameplay is a slightly more evolved version of the MK reboot, so if you loved that, youll like this and the plot is compelling and pushes the T rating pretty far, so folks turned off by MK vs. DC Us toned-down violence have nothing to fear here. While its quite good and theres technically a lot to do, its hard to recommend spending $60 on it unless youre a huge fan of MKs engine and/or the DC Universe but if its on sale in a few weeks for $40 or so, then definitely pick it up. At a bare minimum, give it a rental, or check out the demo to see if you like it."
