Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes: "George R.R. Martins A Song of Ice and Fire has practically taken on a life of its own thanks to the amount of popularity that the television adaptation, Game of Thrones, has garnered. The bleak land of Westeros has attracted fans from all over the globe and now Telltale Games is trying to make their own little mark on the series with Game of Thrones A Telltale Game Series: Iron from Ice starting everything off. Now the question is, has Telltale managed to grasp what keeps viewers interested in the show while also delivering a worthwhile experience?"

Game of Thrones: Iron From Ice Review - The Digital Fix

If there were any series perfect for the Telltale treatment, Game of Thrones would have to top the list (possibly behind that Very Hungry Caterpillar adaptation where you get to choose what he eats). The weighty decisions and shocking consequences are hallmarks of Telltales previous games, both of which are staples of George R. R. Martins acclaimed books. With the backing of HBO, Telltale are able to tie into the TV series, featuring familiar actors and locations as seen via members of House Forrester, a family on the sidelines of the series more pivotal events. Releasing near enough alongside Tales from the Borderlands, a series totally different in tone and setting, could it be argued that the Telltale formula is becoming too thinly-stretched?

Dragon Age: Inquisition Review - Invisible Gamer

A flash of lightning startled me as I made my way along the ridge. Beside me, I could see singe marks in a ring on the ground. Before me spread a large lake, surface uneven from the rainfall. Hexagonal stones stacked into spires along the edge. I spent a moment taking in the view before the sounds of arguing started up behind me. Solas, the elven mage was debating the finer points of Qunari religion with Iron Bull, the towering horned spy. The two were talking about the Qunari practices that, to the mage, boiled down to indoctrination. Such debates come up between my companions often, when they arent discussing recent events. Its another endearing moment that adds another layer of depth to the engaging Dragon Age: Inquisition.

GI: "I wake up one morning to a message from my boss John, the Titan. He says that he wants me to go check out this newcomer to the Tower named Eris. I send him a quick message back saying Ill do it, and strap on my Prime Zealot gear I earned with my clan of Guardian friends in the Vault of Glass and put my trusty Achlyophage Symbiote on my head. After donning my Mantle of Gheleon earned with sweat, tears and a bit of blood in the last Iron Banner tournament I grab my weapons and head out to check out this Eris."
