Starfighter: Eclipse, A Sexy Sci-Fi Adventure - Cliqist

Marcus Estrada writes: "Starfighter is an online sci-fi comic series which I got into thanks to a friend a few years back. Although Ive not kept up recently, it was certainly an interesting webcomic filled with equal parts drama and romance. As such, the Starfighter visual novel Kickstarter by HamletMachine got me hyped. Enough so that I ended up sharing the campaign with anyone who I felt would appreciate male-male romance, regardless of their knowledge of the actual comic! In the end it had absolutely no trouble raising $143,183 in April 2014. A little over a year later we finally have Starfighter: Eclipse which is accessible via PC browsers, tablets, and smartphones."

| Plugged Dev Pledges to Push on as Kickstarter Failure Looms
Added: 30.05.2015 12:16 | 8 views | 0 comments
VRFocus - Late last month indie developer Endtimes Studios launched a Kickstarter crowd-funding campaign for a new virtual reality (VR) videogame named Plugged. The studio had hoped to raise £20,000 GBP by 30th May in order to bring the title to PC with full support for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display. Sadly, with mere hours to go at the time of writing, it doesn't look as if Plugged will not be reaching its goal with just under £18,000 left to go. That said, the developer has pledged to continue work on the project.

Mitchell Long writes: "There's little doubt that inXile has dominated the Kickstarter scene lately in recent years. 2014s Wasteland 2 arrived as a much lauded sequel to the 1988 classic, and Torment: Tides of Numenera is currently the most funded videogame on Kickstarter. Now, with The Bards Tale IV set continue the original trilogy via a June 2nd Kickstarter campaign, the tradition continues. Indeed, InXile has found its niche perpetuating beloved game franchises."

| Quantum Entanglement´s Shadow of the Eternals might happen after all
Added: 29.05.2015 12:16 | 15 views | 0 comments
It´s been over 13 years since Silicon Knights released their horror/action/adventure game "Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem" for the Gamecube.
And since then there´s been two unsuccessful Kickstarter campaigns for the spiritual successor Shadow of the eternals. But Quantum Entanglement Entertainment picked up the ball where Precursors games failed.
And since Nintendo has renewed the Eternal Darkness trademark for the third time just recently. There might actually be a "Shadow of the Eternals" after all.
It´s all in the hands of Nintendo, Quantum Entanglement Entertainment and Denis Dyack though. I (Robin Ek The Gaming Ground) doubt that we will see anything from "Shadow of the Eternals" during this years E3 though. But Denis Dyack are most welcome to prove me wrong.
