I Like The Kinect Because It Enables Me To Be Lazy

Its a controversial opinion to share, but it's one I cant pretend about anymore I like Kinect.
I live in a house of interruptions thanks to my miniature human roommate, and as a result, the Kinect has become invaluable. Its not its many advertised exercise functions and games that make me appreciate it so much. I couldnt find the option to turn off gesture controls fast enough when I first hooked everything up. Rather, its a handful of limited voice commands I use constantly.

| Microsoft Needs To Free Cortana From Kinect On Xbox One

Forbes: Microsoft is about to redesign the Xbox Ones UI, a change that cant come soon enough and can hopefully free us from the tyranny of the tiles that are simultaneously reminiscent of Windows 8 (yuck) and failed Kinect gesture navigation (double yuck).
Its not as if PS4s UI is some kind of a dreamboat, but its been significantly better than Xbox Ones since launch, and hopefully this change will bring them to at least the same level. But theres one other thing Microsoft is adding to Xbox One in order to make the console feel even more unique from its Sony rival.
Cortana.

Neil writes "Im guessing that near on all gamers will, at some point in time, have played Breakout or at least one of the many variations on it. Whether it be on a retro console, mobile device or PC, the aim of the game is the same; fire a load of balls at a brick wall in order to break out.
Now though, the Xbox One is getting in on the action with the arrival of Boom Ball. But its not a Breakout clone as we know it. In fact, it brings something entirely different to the table."

Neil writes "Greetings Earthling, Commander Cherry wishes for you to accompany him on a journey that is so puzzled and so complex that it requires not just a standard controller to help navigate the universe, but also the power of Kinect in order to help you do so.
Oh, it also requires you to carry out some standard yoga moves at the same time. It's time to put down that pizza and get your body working!"

LifeisXbox never had so much fun with a mediocre game experience, weird tagline I know but thats the only way how to describe this weird but fun Kinect game.
