Q.U.B.E. Directors Cut Review | PSGamer

Added: 30.07.2015 19:18 | 12 views | 0 comments

PSGamer: In this generation, the constant barrage of remasters is getting a little tiresome. Whilst some are welcome (The Last of Us/Journey), others are decidedly odd decisions (Sleeping Dogs? We love you but, really?). So once again here we are reviewing another remaster of a game on our shiny new Playstation 4. What should a remaster be? Just the same game with fancy visuals? Should a remaster add more to the original experience? Should we see a significant upgrade in visuals, gameplay, physics, sound and more? This time around, what does Q.U.B.E. offer? Over its PC counterpart, sadly, very little indeed.

Halo 5: Guardians' Lack of Split-Screen Totally Sucks, But I'll Get Over It

Added: 30.07.2015 17:00 | 14 views | 0 comments

So we've known for a little while now that Halo 5: Guardians won't support split-screen multiplayer in any way, shape, or form. That means no campaign couch co-op with your buddies. No online multiplayer with a guest (or two... or three). Nope, if you want to play with others, you'll have to connect with them over Xbox Live, on their own Xbox One, connected to their own separate television.

Review: 'Magic Duels: Origins' will ignite your spark | Examiner

Added: 30.07.2015 12:18 | 11 views | 0 comments

Examiner's David Leavitt writes: "Since 2009 whenever anyone asked us what the best way to learn Magic: The Gathering is, our answer has always been referring them to the newest Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers. Last year's installment Magic 2015 introduced the highly anticipated custom deck building client, however it caused a bit of an outcry after dumping one of the game's beloved casual formats, Two Headed Giant. It also introduced micro transactions for "premium booster packs" which left a sizable portion of content under a pay wall. Wizards of the Coast amended this with the Garruk's Revenge expansion that made the previous paid content unlockable through multiplayer game play. This year's iteration fully embraces it, going completely free to play with a new persistent client that'll be around for years to come."
