Developers create video-games that mesmerise us, thrill us, shock us and humour us. However, it is difficult to make a person cry or feel a sense of sadness when it comes to video games, or any entertainment format for that matter. Denis Murphy writes- Though I certainly wasn't there at the beginning of the series on the SNES back in 1996, I got into the Harvest Moon series three years later with Harvest Moon 64. I loved it, and though since then I've only played Harvest Moon 3 GBC, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life and Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley, I have a great admiration for the series. This new Harvest Moon game seems like a typical entry into the franchise on the surface, but it's technically not a real Harvest Moon game.

Lets just keep going. The Wii U started off as a massive failure, and barely managed to gain any traction in the wake of the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. But now, over three years since it was released, the Wii U is finally starting to make a profit.
