Over a decade has passed since Blizzard released Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. In the intervening years, the Warcraft franchise has turned away from real-time strategy titles and settled into the MMORPG and Collectible Card Game genres. But a group of Russian mod makers is resurrecting Blizzard's original RTS franchise using StarCraft II's editing suite.

An unofficial Sword Art Online MMORPG has appeared on crowdfunding website Indiegogo. It is being run by Avery Khoury from San Antonio, Texas. Theyre hoping to raise 5 million dollars which, according to the crowdfunding page will go towards; computers, desks, location fees, and payment for employees as well as software.

Heavensward, the first major expansion for MMORPG

Final Fantasy XIV’s creators have worked hard to make sure new players feel welcomed and not overwhelmed by more difficult content. In response to lower-level players who are terested in completing story-focused missions than they are gleaning bragging rights and new gear, a new high-level raid dungeon has been added with two modes: story mode and hard mode. The colossal mechanical summon Alexander--half-fortress, half-robotic beast--will be added with Heavensward. Players will enter the colossus and fight the primal Alexander in this new multilevel raid. Along with the raid, Final Fantasy XIV will also be refreshing its loot system.
