Disney Infinity: Sorcerers Apprentice Mickey Review [Capsule Computers]

Added: 07.02.2014 5:19 | 8 views | 0 comments

Andrew Day of Capsule Computers wrote: Since its launch last year, Disney Infinity has seen the release of 26 different characters, encapsulating the past and present of some of Disneys biggest franchises. However, there was one character missing from the bunch The King of Disney himself, Mickey Mouse. Although appearing in the beginning segment of the game, Mickey was unable to be used as a playable character until now. Sorcerers Apprentice Mickey is a fantastic addition to the game, and a welcome change of pace in the roster that was mostly filled with characters from the last decade. Suffice to say, he was well worth the wait.

The Five Best Reasons to Dig Out Your Genesis

Mark Reece from SpawnFirst writes: "The year was 1998. I had just turned fourteen two days earlier and on Christmas morning I dashed downstairs to unwrap what I knew was waiting for me. You see, Id already gone with my mum to go and pick it up a few weeks prior; £45 second hand, with Asterix and the Great Escape, NBA Live 95 and World of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. For me, the time in between then and Christmas morning had been spent eagerly anticipating the wonders that awaited me. Id played a lot of Genesis before my cousins owned one, as did one of the kids across the street and had fallen in love with it as soon as Id played Sonic the Hedgehog; a videogame character I still have a soft spot for even to this day."

Are Disney Testing the Waters for The Incredibles 2?

Andrew Day from Capsule Computers wrote: Disney Infinity launched this August and immediately exploded with popularity. The game that everyone thought would end up being Skylanders, but with Disney characters exceeded everybodys expectations and really did deliver on its promise to recreate the experience and wonder of a child at play. One thing that has been a sour point for many older Disney fans however, has been that none of the classic characters from Disneys past have been included Even Mickey himself wasnt included in the launch line-up of figures.
