Pop Cults Review - Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library the Monster Seal

Richard of PopCults.com writes "I am going to tell you my feelings about Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library the Monster Seal right off the bat: it has become my current addiction game of the year. Ever since I started playing the game to review it I have hardly put down my Vita. I play it at home while watching TV, I play it on the train to work, and I play it at work I have even been playing it in bed on those nights where I cant sleep (which is probably caused by my wanting to play more of the game); I just cant seem to stop playing the game. And it isnt like Dungeon Travelers 2 is any big marvel of a game though it has a deep evolution of a 'class' system, the game is pretty simple; but I think it is that simplicity that makes it really appealing. I can either play the game for a couple hours at a time (until I have to recharge my Vita again) or in short burst that I can play for minutes at a time. It is a combination of what the game provides that has me really enjoy...

BLACKFESK is a wonderfully over the top QWOP-Like in which you control a gigantic deadly sea creature, smashing increasingly ludicrous enemies from vikings to dinosaurs in flying mech suits.

| Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library The Monster Seal Review [Capsule Computers]

Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:
"First person dungeon crawlers have been on the rise with countless titles being released in the West. Some of these titles come from well-known developers who have had quite a few successful titles but other titles need something to help set them apart from the rest of the growing crowd. That is where Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library The Monster Seal comes in as it features a title dripping with fan service. With almost every enemy being a monster girl in some form and plenty of risqué CGs is there more to Dungeon Travelers 2 than eye candy?"

Andy writes - "Etrian Odyssey has held the crown when it comes to dungeon crawlers on handheld gaming devices. Dungeon Travelers 2 appears to be gunning for that crown. Is this dungeon crawling RPG for the PS Vita worthy or will the frustrating things about it hold it back?"

| Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library the Monster Seal Review - Worth Playing
Added: 22.08.2015 6:18 | 14 views | 0 comments
Worth Playing: Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library the Monster Seal is actually the sequel to a video game adaptation of a Japanese-only visual romance novel called To Heart 2. Both the original novel and the first game were never translated, which makes it surprising that we're getting the sequel. Luckily, DT2 is entirely stand-alone. Characters make jokes and references to the previous game, but you don't need to have played Dungeon Travelers or read To Hearts 2 to understand what's going on.
