Life Is Strange Preview - Mouse n Joypad

Johnny writes- "While we continue to see more and more of these episodic games coming onto the market due mainly to the success of Telltales series. It appears to me from what I have seen that this one has something more to offer the gamer, a depth that has not been realised before in this type of game. A story that had me intrigued even though I only witnessed a very short part of it, with characters that react to their surroundings and actions in a way never before delivered to our screens. Each episode will be playable in just a few hours, but that depends on how much of this rich and diverse world you want to explore, it may well last longer if you decide to rewind every situation until you are happy with the outcome, but remember your actions will have far reaching consequences, that you may not be able to undo."

Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes - 2.0 Version Review | WGTC

Added: 27.09.2014 6:12 | 15 views | 0 comments

Chad from We Got This Covered wrote: Superheroes are all the rage right now, not only in the inked pages of comic books, but also on the silver screen and in kids heroic fantasies. On top of that, Marvel is now the property of the House That Mickey Mouse Built, giving Disney the opportunity to use its iconic crime-fighters in its licensed endeavours. Take Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes 2.0 Edition for instance, as the series that debuted last year with a cast full of animated characters has turned to the rulers of the Comic Book Kingdom for its sophomore effort.

Gauntlet Review - Mouse n Joypad

Added: 26.09.2014 15:12 | 9 views | 0 comments

Gale writes - "29 years later (ignoring the Gauntlet 2), a PC follow-up is finally released. The Gauntlet we have today has little in common with its predecessor, but is a brilliant revival nonetheless. One of the most defining aspects of its brilliance being the fact that it was developed by Arrowhead the same guys who created the famous Magicka series, so you better be ready for some off-hand slapstick humour along the way."

D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die Review - Mouse n Joypad

Added: 26.09.2014 10:12 | 12 views | 0 comments

Will writes -"I have a confession to make, Dark Dreams Dont Die and Crimson Dragon were the first games to get me interested in owning an Xbox One. I like Halo and Gears just fine, but given the popularity of shooters I rarely find myself without one to play. Arzak inspired scrolling shooters and psychedelic detective mysteries arent exactly a dime a dozen in the current game market. With Crimson Dragon being the dud it is, I had begun to feel more desperate."

Review: SPIKEY WALLS (Pure Nintendo)

Added: 25.09.2014 21:12 | 18 views | 0 comments

Pure Nintendo: "I like RCMADIAX. I dont like SPIKEY WALLS. The style isnt a good fit for a home console like the Wii U, and its a poor game in its own right. One could argue it offers a few minutes of mild enjoyment at a very low price, but I cant see myself returning to it the quality just isnt there. Spend 99 cents on Blok Drop U or Poker Dice Solitaire Future instead. SPIKEY WALLS is an ill-advised impulse, one that may ultimately backfire. Super Robo Mouse cant come soon enough!"

How Outlast Helps Gamers Understand Sexual Abuse

Added: 25.09.2014 15:12 | 6 views | 0 comments

Joe from Awesome Games writes: 'Its no secret that Outlast is a pretty terrifying game. A first-person survival horror title developed and published by Red Barrels for PC and later PS4 and Xbox One, horror fans were left salivating at the prospect of playing as freelance investigative journalist Miles Upsher, who receives an anonymous tip from a source identified only as a whistleblower. The leak tells of inhumane experiments committed at Mount Massive Asylum, a remote psychiatric hospital situated deep in the mountains of Lake County, Colorado and owned by the Murkoff Corporation. Upon entering the asylum, Miles is horrified to discover the mutilated corpses of the staff, including a dying SWAT officer who warns him to get out while he still can.'

Starforge Review - Mouse n Joypad

Added: 24.09.2014 21:12 | 3 views | 0 comments

Gale writes - "Basically, this is what happens when youre not careful with the way youre developing your game. While I have no intention on going into the matters of the developers themselves, I have to say that they clearly went way over their heads with this project. What started out as an incredibly potent project everybody talked about, turned into an Early Access nightmare, with patches removing interesting features and bugging the game further into oblivion. Its important for you to understand that there was once a time when Starforge looked absolutely amazing, deal-breaking even."
