Hotline Miami 2 Review Bloody Fun | The Koalition

Anthony Nash from The Koalition writes:
"When its time for a game to get a sequel, it might be a little tough to decide what to do. You could mimic what made your first game popular, or go a different route and introduce entirely new concepts and ideas into the game. With a game like Hotline Miami, a game that was so great because of its simplicity, those types of questions might not have come up, but Devolver Digital (the developer of the series) still managed to go in different directions, and thats what makes Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number such a fun game."

| Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 2 Atlas Mugged Review Worth the Wait, Bro | The Koalition

Anthony Nash from The Koalition writes:
"Atlas Mugged, the series second episode, pushes you further into the mayhem and chaos that is Pandora. Armed with the key to a possible Vault, Rhys and his crew must venture to an abandoned Atlas military facility. After another beautifully crafted intro sequence (lets hope these continue for episodes 3 through 5), the game promptly splits up everyone. Most of the episode has you trying to regroup and get back to the mission at hand, which allows you to delve further into who these characters are. Fiona and Sasha get to explore more of their childhood and deal with Felix, while Rhys and (the surprisingly yolked) Vaughn confront some not so welcome faces and bro out."

| [Plus XP] Zombie Army Trilogy Review: WW2 And The Living Dead
Added: 19.03.2015 10:18 | 24 views | 0 comments
Andy from Plus XP writes: "If you have a successful franchise that revolves around one man and his sniper rifles, then what is the next logical step for additional content? Yep, if you said zombies then you are correct.
However, Im guessing its one of the last things that most of you would have said. Nevertheless, Nazi Army Trilogy celebrates its zombie-themed downloadable content (DLC) by re-imagining it in 1080p whilst running it at 60 frames-per-second.
The game features the two DLC packs from Sniper Elite V2 and a completely new one created to serve as the conclusion. In total, you get fifteen missions to do across three episodes as you try to overthrow Adolf Hitlers Nazi Army menace in World War Two. Also throw in a routine horde mode and youve got yourself a tasty looking package here, but does it taste as good as it looks?
Lets find out."

| Review: Code Name S.T.E.A.M. (3DS) - Geeks Under Grace
Added: 18.03.2015 16:18 | 5 views | 0 comments
Geeks Under Grace: Advance Wars. Fire Emblem. Do those games ring a bell? They most certainly do for me. I personally prefer Advance Wars over the latter, but to each their own. Intelligent Systems has a new IP for the masses and it comes as another turn-based strategy game. Once I heard this and played the demo, I pre-ordered. How could I pass up?

| Code Name S.T.E.A.M. is a fun embarrassment - Kill Screen Daily
Added: 18.03.2015 16:18 | 5 views | 0 comments
Kill Screen Daily: Is this really what we sound like? Star-spangled, teeth gritting and augmented with pulsing robot arms? A clankity jamboree opening with a Merry Marvel Marching Society theme? Is this the after-taste of that recent lunar eclipse when we took space marines and steampunk games really seriously? Is Japan making fun of the west for that? I kind of hope so. I do. Its healthy. Its like that wince when you hear a recording of your own voice. Oof, I gotta stop saying uhm. In Japan, the country where this XCOM-inspired alliance was made, Code Name S.T.E.A.M. is called Lincoln vs Aliens. It is Nintendos take on another time zones gamesand its fun, if not embarrassing.
