Atlus has released a new trailer for Abyss Odyssey. This new gameplay trailer showcases what players will experience when they begin their descent into the abyss. Short explanations accompany the video, which gives us a look at everything Abyss Odyssey this eerie procedurally generated title has to offer: local and online co-op, treasure hunting, soul stealing, strange and terrifying enemies, hidden challenge rooms and more.
From the review, "The 3DS and Wii U version of SQUIDS Odyssey, which is actually available as Nintendos first cross-compatible purchase in Europe, is a compilation of the two mobile games (SQUIDS and SQUIDS Wild West) with a set of new levels and other console-exclusive goodies. So, theres a lot of content here for the price. Pretty solid content too, if the prototypical mobile-puzzle-action game is your thing."
PixlBit | "I hated Squids Odyssey. It was too hard, it was just a stupid twist on Angry Birds, and it was going to throw countless levels at me before I could say I had finished it. Then, I realized I was doing everything completely wrong. Once I understood that Squids Odyssey really is a tactical, physics based RPG sort of thing, I became enchanted. The level layout, the character design, and the delightful music wriggled their way into my heart and made me fall pretty hard for Squids Odyssey. Unfortunately, the redemption only lasted until I hit more and more game-crashing bugs and my enjoyment was dragged back down to a comfy middle ground.

NWR:
"When I first heard about Squids Odyssey, I have to admit, I was skeptical. It sounded like a messy jumble of RPG and strategy elements that took place somewhere around The Little Mermaid. But lo and behold, after a few levels I found myself losing track of time in the game. I kept playing level after level in an attempt to save an underwater kingdom with a rag-tag team of heroes."
Continue Play delves into the Persona Q, a Persona 3/4 cross-over that's inspired by Atlus's Etrian Odyssey series. Yet despite being part-Persona and part-Etrian Odyssey, Persona Q may fail to satisfy fans of either.
Put a lot of time aside, you're going to need it.
