Grim Fandango Remastered Review - Pixel Related

Patrick Cassin writes: "For years the game sat at the back of my mind, like a memory of a girl I wish I had asked out but just never worked up the nerve before the summer suddenly appeared. And I honestly thought Grim Fandango would be one of the ones that got away, up until the Remastered version was announced. Then of course trepidation sets in was the humor really good as I remember? Or was it all just romanticized? More than overcoming nostalgia, for a lot of people Grim Fandango Remastered has to overcome what it was we imagined the game could be. Thankfully, after finally having the opportunity 17 years after its initial release, I can say with certainty that it wasnt all just a dream. Grim Fandango and I really could have had something way back when. And now, despite the fact that we are both beginning to show our age, were reunited (and it feels so good, hey hey)."

| Life is Strange: Episode 1 Review | The Pixel Pen

With Chrysalis being a smashing success in setting up the story, the characters and the odd mixture of time travel and a teenage driven mystery, Life is Strange is turning into one my most anticipated titles of 2015.

One thing that is clear to anyone who fires up #IDARB is that it is a game unlike any other. The premise is actually quite simple: there are two goals and a ball. Get the ball in the goal and you score points. Its everything else surrounding this idea that makes #IDARB such a special game that needs to be experienced.

| Absinthe Games Claims Receiving CD Letter From STRAFE Developers, Pixel Titans Responds
Added: 28.01.2015 13:10 | 1 views | 0 comments
DSOGaming's Spencer writes: "I want to be very transparent with this article and to that end, what follows is alleged, weve reached out to Pixel Titans and Absinthe for this and both developers perspectives are included in this piece. With that out of the way, developer Absinthe maintains that they received a cease and desist from the developers behind Strafe (a game currently undergoing a kickstarter campaign), Pixel Titans. Absinthe were the developers of another game called Strafe, the issue is it seems Absinthe had announced their Strafe some time before Pixel Titans had announced theirs."

| Get Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix for £17.99
Added: 25.01.2015 14:11 | 7 views | 0 comments
Dealspwn writes: Save yourself a few quid with this deal for Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix for £17.99 on PS3. That's a lot of Disney/Square-Enix mashup for your money.
Like the first collection, were getting the fancy pants versions of the games that were previously not seen on these shores. So you can look forward to Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and the formerly PSP-only Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Final Mix. A compilation of HDd (yes, it is a word) cutscenes from the Nintendo DS title Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (not a word) has also been included to attempt to bring you up to date with the complex branching plotlines as the series has spread like wildfire across numerous consoles and handhelds. Id be surprised if Kingdom Hearts III arrives this year, but even so, you better get cracking. Oh and Square, feel free to include Pixar stuff over Frozen, that snowman twerp is not joining my party.
