INQ: 343 Industries Franchise Director Frank OConnor addressed rumors Tuesday that not all of Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be 1080p on the Xbox One. Pixel counters were quick to analyze the screenshots of Halo 2 Anniversary Edition after E3 2014 and noticed that the images werent meeting the resolution claims. However, OConnor explained that theres a reason for that, and it wont affect multiplayer.

From the production hell that was Alien 3, the comedy styling of Reconstruction, and the god-awful AvP flicks, youd think that would be enough to kill the brand. The franchise hasnt done all that great in video game form either. There hasnt been a truly great game featuring the humble Xenomorph since Alien Vs Predator 2. There have been many attempts to capture the tone of the films, mostly of Aliens, but the majority have failed.''
