IM PLAYIN takes a look at Rayman Legends.
"Ryman Legends may well be the (if not one of) the best games that Ive played on the Xbox One so far. The problem with it is, however, that my reasons for loving it are relatively short. You cant get many words out of it because you cant get many words out of the sentence, its a brilliant game and it reminds me of being a kid again. So Im going to pad this review out with a quick tale from my childhood. Thats right, its a backstory story."

Eurogamer:
Ubisoft's charming fairytale RPG Child of Light is being made with the UbiArt Framework, used to create the last two Rayman games - and this 2D world is similarly stunning, if stylistically quite different. In place of Rayman's riotous cartoon antics, Child of Light is painted in delicate, dreamy watercolour, while in gameplay terms the development team has been quick to tip the hat to the classic Japanese RPGs of their youth.

Ubisoft Montreal makes bold moves in a brand-new genre.
Looks can be deceiving. These screenshots and videos show off a languid game with watercolour landscapes, and leading character, Aurora, gently but smoothly floats and flies around the world courtesy of a pair of fairy wings. She hardly has the pace and weight of publisher stable-mates Rayman and co. It makes sense, as the whole game is seemingly set inside a dream.
