"Sacred has always been a bit of a different game, with Sacred 3 it feels as if they have almost changed everything. Will this be in a good way or not? I always liked Sacred, it was a nice different title to play than your other RPG games out there and the first instalment was great and offered some unique feature that the other games didnt. In Sacred 2 they took it a bit further, it became a bit more of an action styled RPG but you still had all the elements there of traditional RPG and a plus side is that you could play it multiplayer on your console! So with Sacred 3 I was hugely excited to get my hands on it to see what they have done this time around."

Avoiderdragon: A successful game series is defined by several things, one of which is a steady improvement on a particular formula that was started with the first game and refined in the succeeding ones. It stands to reason that sequels show the evolution from their predecessors in both gameplay and aesthetics while carrying a story along that may or may not be connected to the previous one.

Theres only so much crass humour you can stomach without wondering if the inclusion of a character named Vajra is really just a nod to the weapon-of-choice of the Hindu god Indra. In fact, if you arent twelve, you could be forgiven for hating it. Hating it. But, weirdly, Sacred 3s brand of dumb isnt always to its detriment."
