Campo Santo is days away from unveiling its first game. The San Francisco-based studio, which is made up of Walking Dead and Mark of the Ninja developers, revealed the news in its first newsletter. "We are mere days away from announcing our first game," reads a Campo Santo statement. "Our aim is to have a small webpage and a redesigned camposanto.com for you on March 13th." Studio co-founder Jake Rodkin was unable to provide additional details when pressed by Campo Santo ombudsman Duncan Fyfe.

The game was reported to be a new sci-fi adventure headed up by God of War 3 director Stig Asmusson, and had been in development since GoW 3's release in 2010.

Hawkin claims the game was "going to be bad ass" and says that the team was "surprised" by its cancellation.
