Sega will open its Tokyo Game Show 2015 web portal on September 10, the company announced via the launch of a teaser website. The teaser site lists publishers Sega, Sega Networks (Segas mobile game division), and Atlus. The Tokyo Game Show runs from September 17 to 20.

Carl Williams writes, "Ever since Nintendo released Super Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo, oh so many years ago, companies have tried to copy that specific formula for success with varying results. Sega is one such company that has tried to take their existing stable of characters and create kart racing games with them as the stars (Sonic R on Saturn and more recently two of the games on this list). Even Sony got in on the action with Crash Team Racing on the original Playstation, even the WWE has a kart racing game out (on Playstation 2). This is one of those genres that is pretty much dominated by one or two companies (Nintendo usually doesnt have all that much to worry about). We feel that the key to success in this genre is the characters, hence this list."

Carl Williams writes, "Street Fighter II was the one game that sealed the success of the Super Nintendo in the early 90s. Sega simply had nothing to compete with it other than pitiful attempts that are best not mentioned in the same breath. Capcom knew they had a gold mine on their hands based on the success of the arcade machine, there was very little reason to not believe this would carry over to the home version. It did, and it continues today with Street Fighter V being a console exclusive just like Street Fighter II was. Street Fighter II got around in the gaming world, it hit the SNES, Genesis, PC-Engine (Turbo Grafx-16 here in the states) and then in compilations on consoles after that. Including the Virtual Boy (unofficially), soon we will add the Atari 2600 as a platform to receive an, unofficial, port of Street Fighter II."

Richard of PopCults.com writes "I am going to tell you my feelings about Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library the Monster Seal right off the bat: it has become my current addiction game of the year. Ever since I started playing the game to review it I have hardly put down my Vita. I play it at home while watching TV, I play it on the train to work, and I play it at work I have even been playing it in bed on those nights where I cant sleep (which is probably caused by my wanting to play more of the game); I just cant seem to stop playing the game. And it isnt like Dungeon Travelers 2 is any big marvel of a game though it has a deep evolution of a 'class' system, the game is pretty simple; but I think it is that simplicity that makes it really appealing. I can either play the game for a couple hours at a time (until I have to recharge my Vita again) or in short burst that I can play for minutes at a time. It is a combination of what the game provides that has me really enjoy...
