| Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Creators Event (12.2.2014) in Singapore videos
Added: 14.02.2014 15:16 | 15 views | 0 comments
Square Enixs Motomu Toriyama and Shinji Hashimoto were here in Singapore yesterday for a Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Creators Event, organised by Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong (SCEH) as the last leg of an Asia tour to promote the game.
The night kicked off with a few words from the events guests-of-honour, Shinji Hashimoto and Motomu Toriyama, on their thoughts coming to Singapore.
Fans were then treated to presentations on Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, as well as Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, the latter of which Hashimoto announced would be released in Asia on February 27 (Japanese voices with Chinese/Korean subtitles) and March 18 (English voices and subtitles).
Hashimoto also pointed out that the cover artwork for the Asian English version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster would be different from that of the North American release.

Square Enixs Shinji Hashimoto and Motomu Toriyama visited Singapore this week as part of an Asia tour to promote Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3) and the upcoming English and Asian (Chinese/Korean) releases of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for the PS3 and PS Vita.
A group media interview session with the two Square Enix creators was held for the local gaming press while they were here, with Toriyama taking questions relating to LRFF13 (well be publishing that interview later on the site) and Hashimoto handling the questions for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster.
Although the Singapore gaming press was supposed to ask Hashimoto only questions relating to FFX/X-2 HD Remaster, since Hashimoto is Senior Executive Managing Officer at Square Enix, and the corporate executive in charge of games publishers 1st Production Department, we (and the other publications in attendance) simply had to try our luck and ask about future Final Fantasy titles as well.
