Diablo 3 started out as a game that only half-fulfilled its pursuit to be the next great Diablo. Its cohesive gameplay and polished presentation demonstrated that the series could transition well into the modern gaming climate, but many of its mechanics and systems didn't deliver in a way that was deemed satisfactory by fans. It would take two years of patches and the Reaper of Souls expansion pack to move it to where it needed to be in order to earn a reputation as a title worthy of the Blizzard name. Another year of patches have only made it better.

This past weekend Megarom and PlayStation South Africa hosted a tournament for the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops III beta that was currently running on the PlayStation 4. The tournament, which took place at IT Solution in Bryanston, saw the public (who won tickets) team up with one press player, one pro player, and went into the battlefield against a random team on the net. The top 3 teams with the most points at the end of all the matches earned their place as the winners and walked away with some rather nifty prizes.
