Dark Souls Creator Hidetaka Miyazakis Favorite Zones

Added: 12.09.2015 10:17 | 36 views | 0 comments

GameInformer: "From Software president Hidetaka Miyazaki assures us that there will probably be a fresh poison-filled stress-hell similar to Valley of Defilement, Blighttown, and the Gutter/Black Gulch in Dark Souls III, but outside of creating torturous nightmare areas, what areas in the Souls games are his favorites? Miyazaki gravitates toward Demons Souls to find some of his favorite zones."

GS:" Dark Souls 3, the latest entry of the series developed by From Software launching next year on consoles and PC, is currently the main focus of a special event which is being held in Japan right now. A few hours ago the final Japanese release date for the event has been confirmed but that's not the only new thing on the game that has emerged online today."

Double Dragon: Reigniting the Dragons Dogma Franchise

Added: 12.09.2015 9:17 | 73 views | 0 comments

Not every IP is a series, and not every series a franchise, but Dragons Dogma deserves to be both. With exception to Hidetaka Miyazaki Souls work, Dragons Dogma is, in my mind, the principal exemplar of the genre even eking Souls out in combat (but not overall) design. I want to see it spread its wings to other platforms and audiences not only because it deserves to be recognized and enjoyed my more people, but because I have the utmost confidence its too bright a spot on the RPG landscape to escape sights for much longer. If Capcom rakes back the coals, I think theyll find them still aglow, pulsing; or, said differently, will find the iron still searing and malleable.

Master Spy (PC) Review - I Died 1,686 Times; Eat Your Heart Out Dark Souls | Short Pause

Added: 11.09.2015 23:17 | 39 views | 0 comments

Short Pause: "Master Spy really surprised me. When I first started playing it, I didnt think the concept and gameplay mechanics would be enough to hook me, but I was totally wrong. Early frustration quickly turned to obvious addiction as I couldnt stop hitting A to retry. The game is exquisitely designed, taking a simple core gameplay mechanic and designing an ever-evolving, complete game experience around it. Its extreme challenge will be too much for many, but to those who enjoy a challenging, pick-up-and-play-platformer with fast-paced, addicting gameplay, Master Spy should be the next title in your Steam queue."
