Let's Play Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist From Ubisoft

Added: 22.08.2013 3:00 | 10 views | 0 comments

Splinter Cell: Blacklist is out this week, but I spent the weekend reviewing Ubisoft's latest and having fun in the game's multiplayer and single-player modes. Obviously you can stalk the shadows by yourself or with a cooperative partner, but Spies Vs. Mercs, an asynchronous 4v4 multiplayer mode, is a lot of fun too. Below, I take a look at one of the single-player side missions you'll encounter as you continue the story. You can tackle this mission in co-op as well (and some of these sidemissions don't let you obtain a maximum score unless you've got a buddy) but here I'm going solo.

Hands on Preview Tom Clancys Splinter Cell: Blacklist Multiplayer Extraction Mode - Gametactics

Added: 15.08.2013 1:19 | 6 views | 0 comments

Ubisoft was kind enough to invite Game Tactics reviewer David Klein to their Montreal studios yesterday to check out the multiplayer mode of their upcoming AAA title Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Anyone whos played just about any Splinter Cell besides Conviction will instantly recognize the Spies vs Mercs mode and in fact the disappointment by Splinter Cell fans by its exclusion from Conviction was one the driving factors to bring it to Blacklist. There are three separate variations of the same basic concept, but suggesting they are at all the same would be far over simplifying things. Its three different modes are Blacklist Spies vs Mercs, Spies vs Mercs Classic and the newly announced mode Extraction which Gametactics is one of the first to take a look.
