In my full play through, I encountered audio cutting out during a scripted cut scene, being teleported atop the surrounding environment during a battle, falling through a solid platform as a result of turning the camera for a better angle, following an unlocked path that dropped me onto a platform with no escape but to quick travel back to the hub, having the game freeze up entirely requiring Wii U shutdown, and most spectacularly, falling endlessly through the world for a few minutes until selecting Exit Game and coming back in to having lost five minutes progress in the final chapter."
