And, well, before the datamining, the group on Reddit was probably only a day or so away from solving it anyway. Im absolutely sympathetic to the devs disappointment, but its also a bit unfair to trivialize the legitimate effort the community did put into the puzzle, effectively solving it. All that was left to get the answer was footwork; the puzzle had already been figured out."

Technology Tell writes, "Rather, the only real problem I had with Tales of Hearts R is its translation. The thing about this installment is that it relies very heavily on JRPG standards. Youll see certain archetypes appear throughout the game, and the premise and nature of the world are the only things that are really unique. Unfortunately, Bandai Namco didnt perform the best localization, so not only do some character and plot elements feel dated due to their familiarity, but the occasionally awkward, hokey, and flawed phrases exacerbate things."

Technology Tell writes, "As I went through the Tapestry I was reminded of just how vast Dragon Age Origins was, as well as how selective my memory is. I remembered the big stuff: who I romanced, who killed the archdemon, who I recruited. Other things I had forgotten entirely, and I had to try to put myself back in the mindset of the 2009-model Eric and guess what that rascal wouldve done. I dont remember if I chose Harrowmont or Bhelen to rule the dwarven kingdom of Orzammar, though I remember not liking either of them. I didnt even remember Alistair had a half-sister Goldanna, let alone whether I helped him find her or not. The urn of sacred ashes, the arl of Redcliffe, so much of it is a blur, not to mention all the DLC. There were so many decisions effecting so many characters that I have a hard time believing many of them will have any real ramifications in the world of Dragon Age: Inquisition, though that may just be Dragon Age II talking."
