Tales from the Borderlands: Escape Plan Bravo Review [Capsule Computers]
Added: 25.08.2015 12:20 | 23 views | 0 comments
Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:
"Telltale Games has had their work cut out for them throughout most of 2015 as theyve had to juggle fans of both Game of Thrones and Borderlands expecting to see a new episode released for their respective series. While they may have stumbled at the start, the company has found a solid pace and now that the penultimate episode of Tales from the Borderlands has been released, does Escape Plan Bravo continue to be as enjoyable as the last three have been?"

"I wouldnt spend £45 on Until Dawn. And thats a major issue for this PS4 exclusive. It feels too short, lacks replayability and any alternative modes for such a premium fee. If this was priced like a Telltale games season pass, it would be perfect and totally justified; something Id wholeheartedly recommend." - Sam Loveridge (Reviewer)

GS:
Blues and Bullets is a game that sort of came out of nowhere for me, I remember seeing a trailer or short video for it at some point and thinking it look nice stylistically, but it wasnt at the top of my must play list.
You see, as much as I loved The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, I havent ever really got on with other games of this type from other developers, as they generally lack that spark that made those Telltale games so special to play. Hell even Telltale have failed to nail it with other attempts in my opinion.

The reviewer writes: "Episode 4 of Tales from the Borderlands, also known as the penultimate episode (which I and many others learned from the trailer means second to last), should have been amazing. It should of blown me away and kept me waiting anxiously for the season finale. Unfortunately, it didnt quite reach the level of greatness I was expecting it to. Dont get me wrong, Im still excited to see how this all ends, Im just hoping that Telltale can do a better job on the finale than they did on this episode."

| Tales From the Borderlands Ep. 4: Escape Plan Bravo Review High Stakes (PSLS)

"Telltale is wrapping up their initial journey into Gearboxs Borderlands franchise, and with only one episode left, the stakes are higher than ever in the fourth episode. Anxiety is strung up like some poor guys intestines in a psycho shanty town, and Escape Plan Bravo expertly rockets Tales From the Borderlands to a nail biting set up for the finale, giving quite a bit of heart and one of the craziest action sequences in the season thus far." - PSLS
