GGG writes in their review: "From start to finish, Supergiant Gamess latest adventure Transistor is pure gold. Its like slowly eating a rich, delicious piece of chocolate in that its quality makes you aware right away that you should savor the fleeting feeling of being truly taken aback by something you consume so often."

Transistor PS4 Review: Supergiant's Big Mystery

Transistor begins with confusion. A redheaded woman wakes up next to a man impaled by a sword. We don't know how these people are or how they ended up here. It's the good kind of confusion, though - the sort that makes you want to keep playing.

Transistor Review - STN

STN:
Transistor is truly at its best when youre in combat with your fully upgraded arsenal, but even when you get the stage where thats viable the games penalty for failure is all too quick to strip you of it. While the games world is beautiful and enigmatic, traversing it is a relatively thankless experience and gets less exciting as it goes on. The story seems arbitrary, or in the very least poorly executed. But despite all of that, there are moments in Transistor that will scratch the itch of any RPG fan and satisfy those wanting a very cool and stylish audio-visual experience.

Supergiant Games first Playstation 4 debut is a very charming title with lots of character. The game is a delightful cocktail mix of great story telling combined with slick visuals, smooth gameplay and an incredible soundtrack worth adding to your music collection.
