Grisaia Trilogy Visual Novel Crushes $160k Goal in 14hrs

Added: 18.12.2014 14:11 | 2 views | 0 comments

Marcus Estrada writes: "The Grisaia Trilogy is a very unique set of visual novels which began with The Fruit of Grisaia in 2011. The story revolves around Mihama Academy which at first appears to be a typical sort of private school. However, when protagonist Kazami Yuuji arrives he realizes there are only five girls enrolled. This strange aspect is just the start as he befriends each character and learns more about them. Thanks to positive player reaction, the game became a series with sequels The Labyrinth of Grisaia and The Eden of Grisaia. Heck, there are even spin-offs!"

ZTGD | The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Review

Added: 18.12.2014 14:11 | 7 views | 0 comments

Dave Payerle writes: I will admit to being a total Law Order junkie, to the point that a signed photo of Sam Waterston hangs in my living room. As a fan of puzzles games, its not surprising that the process of sifting through evidence, formulating a theory and then trying to prove it appeals to me. Phoenix Wright doesnt follow that model exactly, but it still scratches that itch for courtroom drama. Add in the odd cast of characters and an appealing price, and its a nice package for 3DS owners.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy review - Metro objection overruled

Added: 16.12.2014 20:11 | 5 views | 0 comments

Metro: "The first three Phoenix Wright games are upgraded for the 3DS, but are they still a star witness in the prosecution of video game storytelling? Whether its a puzzle game or a fighter almost no video game made today is ever released without some sort of story element. And yet still it seems as if storytelling in video games has barely moved forward since the 8-bit era, with the same predictable plots and badly written dialogue. But the Ace Attorney series is different. Its stories are utterly nonsensical, but it realises one of the key truths of storytelling: if you care about the characters you can get away with just about anything."

Dark Souls 2 Lost Crowns Trilogy DLC Review | Entertainment Buddha

Added: 15.12.2014 22:15 | 2 views | 0 comments

Overall, the Lost Kings trilogy of DLC is a fantastic addition to the Souls series and in many ways, both outshines the core game and makes returning to it more enjoyable and richer, both in terms of loot that can be used, and lore that fills in missing story.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Review - Godisageek

Added: 15.12.2014 11:11 | 10 views | 0 comments

Godisageek: "I remember back when Super Mario All-Stars came out for the SNES. It was the first real collection of great games to hit a console, redrawn and repackaged for new hardware. The whole exercise has gotten out of hand now, with a new collection of existing titles being announced for current gen hardware on a regular basis. In a way theres not too much wrong with this as it opens up certain games and collections to people who may not have played them before, but it does leave us with a quandary for review. Do we look at the games from a fan or new-comer perspective? Do we take the games contained within individually or look at them as a whole? What if its been seen elsewhere first in slightly different form?"

The Phoenix Wright Trilogy successfully brings the compelling mysteries and bizarre humor of the originals to the 3DS with graphical updates and is a must-play for gamers up for lots of reading and little action.
