Gran Turismo 7 will have improved physics and AI, "big updates" planned for Gran Turismo 6

VVV: "Kaz discusses the advantages the PS4's extra processing power will provide for Polyphony:
I still cannot go into detail, but developing on PS3 was hard: you dont have enough memory to do all you want. Our goal was to always preserve the feel of Gran Turismo but with the latest installment we had to face limitations. With PS4 we have a lot of memory available: well be able to exploit it easily, inserting elements that we had to force or withheld on PS3.
There will be better graphics, better physics engine, smarter AI and more online options.

Dan Naylor: "Pure Pools greatest trick is its immediacy. Once the table is in front of you, you can just play over and over and over with no wait. With a variety of game modes to try out and the online suite theres plenty to keep you entertained, but while it may be a near-perfect simulation of pool, it doesnt come close to playing the real thing. People buy Gran Turismo because theyre never going to be a racing driver or own a Ferrari. You can go down the local and pay 50p for a game of pool with your mates. Just saying."

DualShockers' Tony Polanco writes:
"Project CARS is one of those games that came out of nowhere. I remember when I first saw the incredibly realistic screenshots of the title and wondered how I hadnt heard about it previously. This game looked to have the same level of detail as Gran Turismo or Forza. When I saw it being demoed at the Bandai Namco event that I attended I had to see if the actual game looked as good as the screens Ive been seeing."

Will: "Racing sims and I dont have much of a history. You see, I grew up on arcade racers, dumping hundreds of hours into the Burnout series (yes, I started playing Burnout with the original, not Burnout 3) and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, never touching games like Gran Turismo (I never owned a PlayStation 1) or Forza. Its not something that people expect since I grew up with a love of cars, especially old cars, which was something passed down by my father and his father before him. So yes, I love cars, but I do not want to sit in my chair and attempt to drive one in a realistic fashion with a controller."
