Steven Spielberg's 1975 classic Jaws is returning to theaters this summer to mark the iconic film's 40th anniversary. The movie will be screened at around 500 theaters across the United States on June 21 and June 24. You can visit “Jaws is a classic thriller enjoyed by generations and it is ready for a comeback," Fathom Events vice president of programming Kymberli Frueh-Owens said in a statement. "Movie buffs will love seeing their favorite killer shark larger than life on the big screen. No risk of shark bite!" The movie, based on the Peter Benchley novel, is set in the normally peaceful fictional town of Amity Island in New York. But one summer, a massive great white shark starts killing swimmers. Roy Schneider's character, sheriff Martin Brody, hunts down the beast alongside an oceanographer played by Richard Dreyfuss. Things don't go well.
