| Dragon Ball Xenoverse Is My Most Anticipated Game Of The Past Few Years
Added: 15.02.2015 12:10 | 2 views | 0 comments
Rich Drummond of Gaming Tech United writes:
"I'm always one to tell other games to temper expectations. We should never ever go into a game thinking that it is going to be a perfect ten, or change the gaming industry. Going into a title with that mindset will make the game not live up to expectations and will only cause disappointment. With that in mind though, there is a title coming this month that I've been overly hyped for. That title? Dragon Ball Xenoverse."

Dying Light, the zombie-filled first-person action horror game from Techland, was the best-selling game in the United States last month, according to the NPD Group.
Unsurprisingly, the likes of Advanced Warfare and Grand Theft Auto V weren't close behind, coming in second and third place, respectively.

| White House is Partnering With Pro-Gamers to Promote Your Health
Added: 13.02.2015 0:00 | 5 views | 0 comments
The deadline for people to sign-up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act, often colloquially called Obamacare, is February 15. With only a few days left, the White House has turned to several prominent esports stars, the White House highlighted the growth of esports as an increasingly important part of the media landscape. Over the last decade, eSports players, commentators, tournaments, and online streaming services have gained a following that rivals many traditional sports, including more than 31 million eSports fans in the United States alone. Today, a group of eSports industry leaders (ESL, Twitch.tv, and GEER) have collaborated to launch an effort encouraging gaming audiences to visit HealthCare.gov and sign up for an affordable health plan before the February 15 deadline. Their unprecedented effort to reach this important and growing audience stems from the fact that nearly one in four young Americans does not have health insurance — which is a risk not worth taking.
As esports continues to grow, it's unlikely that these kinds of promotions will be the last of their kind.
