Destiny, the next game from Halo developers Bungie, is shaping up as a massive world in which a large number of players can connect to each other and play together in an online environment. In a newly issued privacy statement, viewable in full over on Microsoft's official website, the company has readdressed some of the fears regarding how the Xbox One's Kinect will collect and use player's personal data. The statement also seems to out a new feature of the Kinect - Expressions.

Ubisoft has shuttered the Uplay Passport program following uproar over the "locking" of single player content in Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. The Passport "will not be a part of any future Ubisoft games," the publisher confirmed in a statement today.
