Publishing giant Electronic Arts has announced the date and time for its upcoming press conference at next month's Gamescom, one of the world's biggest video game conventions.

Most fan theories regarding Her Story's narrative fall into one of two categories, but despite the game's ambiguous story, the developer has said that the game does have a definite interpretation.
Barlow says of the two fan theories: "The interesting aspect to all of that is just they're all different angles on the same idea. I was always loathe to express my opinion on any of that because I don't think it's necessary. I think it's quite fine for people to have their own opinions of where that stuff stands."
MGM has released a new trailer for upcoming 007 movie, Spectre. In it, a rogue James Bond travels through Mexico City and Rome to eventually meet Lucia Sciarra (played by Monica Bellucci), widow of an "infamous" criminal. The trailer also shows Bond trailing the organisation called Spectre, which was Catch more details in the official trailer, embedded below.

"Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Spectre also stars Guardians of the Galaxy's Dave Bautista and Academy Award-winning actor Christoph Waltz. The movie will be released on November 6, 2015. It is being directed by Sam Mendes, who was also behind 2012's blockbuster Skyfall.

Apple knows how to make money, and last financial quarter was no different for the tech giant. In the company's earnings report released today, it revealed that it pulled in almost $50 billion in revenue, which amounts to almost $11 billion in profit.
The huge profit was due in part to good sales of the iPhone, which sold nearly 60 percent better during this quarter than during the same time last year. Apple moved 47.5 million iPhones in this time. The earnings were helped by the release of the Apple Watch in April, but Apple did not share how many watches it sold.

Sony Pictures Animation has just closed a deal worth $1 million that gives the studio the rights to a movie pitch about emojis, according to a report from .
You read that right. The faces that appear all over social media and text messages are going to be the subjects of a new animated film coming out of Sony's cinema division. And, the report states that several other studios wanted the film as well.
There's apparently going to be a movie about these.
Two other studios (rumored to be Warner Bros. and Paramount) entered into an auction with Sony, but Sony eventually won with a bid worth over $1 million. The film will be directed by Anthony Leondis, who also directed Lilo and Stitch 2, and it'll be written by Eric Siegel, the producer of the TBS show Men at Work.
This could be just the beginning of films about emojis: the Deadline report also mentioned that there's another pitch being formulated right now.

Update: There wasn't much in the way of announcements about future content during today's livestream, but it did close out with a reference to Tremor being the end of "Kombat Pack 1." Previously, this was only ever called the Kombat Pack, suggesting there will be at least one more. You can read a bit further into this and infer that there will at least be enough new DLC characters to comprise a second Kombat Pack. As far as specifics go, however, we'll have to continue to wait.
