Croixleur Sigma Review | Attack On Gaming

Added: 03.05.2014 4:14 | 15 views | 0 comments

"Croixleur Sigma is the recent remake of the brawler/action game, Croixleur, from publisher Nyu-Media and developer Souvenir Circle. It was developed in Japan originally as Croixleur, but since then has had this recent upgrade into Croixleur Sigma, which is intended to tighten the gameplay and make things a bit more cleaner visually. The basic concept in Croixleur is that you have to battle your way to the top of a tower as a part of an exam. You have a limited time limit to do so. If you die or the timer hits 0, you lose and must start from the ground floor of the tower again." - Attack On Gaming

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft - GR Review

Added: 02.05.2014 2:35 | 7 views | 0 comments

A collectible card game for the most of us.

You can’t make a game as vast and successful as without thinking that making some spinoff titles would be a good idea. That’s what Blizzard has done with Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, a (digitally) collectible card game full of spells and creatures familiar to anyone who’s spent a day in the Warcraft universe.

You play as one of nine original classes from World of Warcraft. To win, you must bring your opponent’s health from 30 to 0 hit points before the same is done to you. That’s done mostly with spells and minions; both are paid for by a pool of mana crystals that grows by one every turn until topping out at 10. Spells have a one-time effect while minions stick around, dealing damage equal to their Attack value with every strike.

Attack On PR Stunts: Our Thoughts After The Watch_Dogs Nexus 7 Scandal

"[...] If this was a launch event with a full build of the game, this move would make more sense, a lot more sense, in fact. But the moment word of this got out, which it would considering how (whingy, bitchy, jealous, etc.) abrasive some members of the gaming media can be, it would be a PR nightmare on the part of the company promoting the game. I can imagine the smaller sites definitely blowing off steam about something like this on Twitter and then, from there, none of the parties involved could be trusted again. This just makes no logical sense from any perspective, why would Ubi, or any PR firm, even bother with something like this with the massive risk associated with it? Its so bizarre that such a massive risk was undertaken for such small gains. [...]" - Attack On Gaming

Daylight Review | Attack of the Fanboy

Added: 29.04.2014 12:14 | 6 views | 0 comments

Daylight alleges to alleviate the replay problem for games of this type. It certainly does that with its procedurally generated world. The problem is, I don't think they make a compelling enough argument to play again in either the story or gameplay department.

Feature: Dark Souls 2 Guide - Belfry Luna Walkthrough

Added: 29.04.2014 12:13 | 6 views | 0 comments

An homage to its predecessor leads to a boss of nightmares in Belfry Luna. But don't worry, VideoGamer's guide will help you tackle the Belfry Gargoyles.

In order to gain access to Belfry Luna, you’ll need a Pharros’ Lockstone. From the Servant’s Quarters bonfire, head down the ladder, kill the dog and insert the Lockstone into the hole in the wall to reveal a secret door. Attack the door to reveal the path to Belfry Luna.

Once inside, speak to the bellkeeper sat by the door. He will give you the chance to join his covenant...DON’T! It causes you to be invaded constantly while in the Belfry. Head up the first flight of stairs and kill the first dark bellkeeper. These guys can cause serious damage, and will still hurt you...
